A Florida native through and through, Tyler Clem was born in Fort Myers and grew up in Daytona Beach, where he developed a deep appreciation for the Sunshine State’s outdoor lifestyle. That connection to Florida living made the pool industry a natural fit, and in 2025, Tyler brought his expertise to Classic Pools of Naples as Office Manager. In this role, Tyler keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring that every client interaction and project detail is handled with care and efficiency.

Tyler brings five years of hands-on experience in the pool industry, having worked in a variety of roles that give him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service. From coordinating schedules to managing day-to-day operations, his diverse background allows him to anticipate challenges and keep the team aligned toward a common goal: creating beautiful, high-quality custom pools for Southwest Florida families.

With a strong work ethic and a commitment to getting things done right, Tyler is the organizational backbone of Classic Pools of Naples. He thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in supporting both the team and the clients who trust the company with their backyard dreams.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, whom he married in 2025. He’s also passionate about training and competing in mixed martial arts, and when he’s not in the gym, you’ll likely find him fishing or at the shooting range.
